Original Peg Perego rechargeable batteries are not only useful as a replacement for old batteries but also increase the play time of the toy. Having a spare battery to hand means endless fun.
All Peg Perego rechargeable batteries are the sealed lead acid type and do not require maintenance. Recharging is only via the original Peg Perego battery charger connected to a standard Australian wall socket. You can charge the batteries whilst they are in the toy or by extracting them. Some models have transport handles to make extraction and transport easier.

Each battery has tamper proof protection that in case of overheating or excessive use will reduce power to the engines. This protective system will also work in the case of excess transport weight of an article and use on some types of surfaces.

To begin the return process, it's necessary to obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number). This can be done by submitting a return request via our Returns Centre.
Products in their original, brand-new, and sellable condition may be returned within 5 business days of receipt. A restocking fee of 25% of the product price will be applied. You'll be responsible for the return shipping costs and providing a photo of the item before shipping it back, as well as the return tracking number. Upon receipt and after inspection, you can expect a refund for the full product price minus any associated fees. Our restocking policy is non-negotiable.
