How to Claim
If you find a lower price for an identical product either 7 days before or 7 days after your purchase, simply email us with proof of the competitor’s advertised price. Once we verify that the price is genuine and the product is available, we will gladly match the price or refund the difference.
Exclusions Apply
Please note that our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:
- Advertised prices below standard RRP, including sales or discounts.
- Conditional offers such as package deals, cash back, bonuses, bulk purchases, or limited quantity specials.
- Trade offers, special event pricing, club or membership offers, or prices not available to the general public.
- Clearance items, seconds, refurbished lines, ex-demo, or display products.
- Offers from resellers, classifieds, auction sites (like eBay or Gumtree), manufacturers, distributors, or importers.
- Offers involving delivery from an overseas distributor direct to the customer.
- Advertised price errors from us or competitors.
