Except for the BASIC model, all FirstBIKEs are tuned with a rear drum brake (the best brake on the market), top-quality air tires, and weigh the same (FirstBIKE is one of the most lightweight balance bikes for kids on the market with a brake). So the only difference is their color and tire type!

That depends on how tall is your child and on the length of his/her legs. We recommend to measure the length from the groin to the inner arch of the foot. If it’s below 14 inches, your child will need the LowKit™ lowering kit. 14 inches or more, will be able to ride comfortably. For safe riding on a balance bike, it is necessary that your child reaches the ground with both feet flat, not just with the toes. Around 90% of 2 year-old children need the LowKit™ lowering kit.
How do I return a product?
How do I return a product?
To begin the return process, it's necessary to obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number). This can be done by submitting a return request via our Returns Centre.
Products in their original, brand-new, and sellable condition may be returned within 5 business days of receipt. A restocking fee of 25% of the product price will be applied. You'll be responsible for the return shipping costs and providing a photo of the item before shipping it back, as well as the return tracking number. Upon receipt and after inspection, you can expect a refund for the full product price minus any associated fees. Our restocking policy is non-negotiable.
