Crafted from a high-strength yet flexible frame, this bike absorbs shocks to protect your child’s spine. Made from 30% glass fibre reinforced nylon composite, the frame is weatherproof, scratch-resistant, and won’t swell or rust.
The award-winning German design is built to last, with a lifetime warranty on the frame and fork and a 5-year warranty on all other parts.
The unique “horse saddle” seat provides maximum comfort and prevents slipping, especially on downhill rides. The seat height is adjustable from 305mm to 445mm without tools, and the optional LowKit™ allows younger kids, starting from 22 months, to ride.
Safety features include non-air PU tyres for paved surfaces, a steering limiter to prevent rough falls, and no sharp edges or protruding parts. Safety grips keep little hands secure, and reflective stickers enhance visibility in low light.

How do I return a product?
To begin the return process, it's necessary to obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number). This can be done by submitting a return request via our Returns Centre.
Products in their original, brand-new, and sellable condition may be returned within 5 business days of receipt. A restocking fee of 25% of the product price will be applied. You'll be responsible for the return shipping costs and providing a photo of the item before shipping it back, as well as the return tracking number. Upon receipt and after inspection, you can expect a refund for the full product price minus any associated fees. Our restocking policy is non-negotiable.
