Australia and the world are taking certain measures due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic to ensure we can get through this event in a safe and timely way and to mitigate further spreading of the virus.
Here at Kids Car Sales we are continuing to monitor government advice and are making necessary changes to our operations to ensure the safety of our staff, customers and network.
Business As Usual
The good news is that here at Kids Car Sales there is very little need for change at this stage due to our business model.
The majority of our staff already work from home with only a handful of people working at our office and warehouse.
Will My Order Be Delayed?
Kids Car Sales works with a number of suppliers across Australia, each of which warehouse and dispatch orders directly to our customers.
Reports from our suppliers suggest that they are still fully operational at this stage but have reduced on site staff.
We work with major freight partners across the country such as TNT, Toll & Fastway. Some couriers have reported a possible delay of 1-2 business days. Please ensure that someone is able to accept the goods during business hours to avoid costly redirection or return-to-sender charges.from COVID-19.
Keep Calm And Support Local Business
There are many residual effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. The largest of which is the financial strain we Aussies will soon feel.
We are urging people to continue to support Australian businesses--especially small businesses just like Kids Car Sales who will be hit the hardest by the financial repercussions of this event.
Without small business which makes up more than 93% of all businesses, Australia stops.
