Kids Car Sales is Open for Business
Australia and the world are taking certain measures due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic to ensure we can get through this event in a safe and timely way and to mitigate further spreading of the virus.
Here at Kids Car Sales we are continuing to monitor government advice and are making necessary changes to our operations to ensure the safety of our staff, customers and network.
Business As Usual
The good news is that here at Kids Car Sales there is very little need for change at this stage due to our business model.
Our warehouse is still 100% operational with orders being dispatched each day.
Contactless pickups are still available from our warehouse network for eligible items.
Will My Order Be Delayed?
Kids Car Sales works with almost 50 suppliers across Australia each of which warehouse and dispatch orders directly to our customers. Most of our suppliers are still fully operational at this stage, but may have reduced on-site staff and slightly longer lead times for a small range of products.
Delivery times are running a little longer than usual due to increased order volumes, new procedures and safety policies relating to extended COVID-19 restrictions in various states. These new policies are to keep our warehouse staff, couriers delivering your packages and you, safe.
Please note of extended transit times of up to additional 5 business days, reported by most couriers for deliveries to and from the metro and regional areas. Let us know if you prefer to have contactless deliveries so the driver can leave the goods at your suggested safe place to avoid costly redirection or return-to-sender charges.
Most couriers no longer require signature upon delivery and will leave your order in a safe place if you are not home. If there isn't a safe place to leave the item then the driver will leave a card behind with instructions on where to pick it up from or attempt redelivery.
