Kids Car Sales Remains Open During Stage 4 Victorian Restrictions For Online & Phone Orders

Australia and the world are taking certain measures due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic to ensure we can get through this event in a safe and timely way and to mitigate further spreading of the virus.

Here at Kids Car Sales we are continuing to monitor government advice and are making necessary changes to our operations to ensure the safety of our staff, customers and network.

Business As Usual (Almost)

The good news is that here at Kids Car Sales there is very little need for change at this stage due to our business model.

Our warehouse is still 100% operational with orders being dispatched each day.

Contactless pickups are still available from our warehouse and partner warehouses for eligible items.

Will My Order Be Delayed?

Probably not, however, it depends on your order. Kids Car Sales works with a number of suppliers across Australia, each of which warehouse and dispatch orders directly to our customers. 

Most of our suppliers are still fully operational at this stage but may have reduced on site staff and slightly longer lead times for a small range of products. 

We work with major freight partners across the country such as TNT, Toll, Australia Post & Fastway. Some couriers have reported a possible delay of 2-3 business days. However, Australia Post is experiencing large delays in some areas.

Our Personalised Mini Number Plate for Kids Ride-On Cars are suffering the biggest delivery delays at the moment (3-4 weeks) as they are sent via regular post using Australia Post. Almost all other items are sent via courier and are experiencing only slight delays if any.

Please ensure that someone is able to accept the goods during business hours to avoid costly redirection or return-to-sender charges.

Contactless Delivery

Most couriers are now not requiring a signature upon delivery and will leave your order in a safe place if you are not home. If there isn't a safe place to leave the item then the driver will leave a card behind with instructions on where to pick it up from or attempt redelivery.
