Eurotrike tricycles are covered by a 6-month warranty on all component parts, with a Limited Lifetime warranty on the frame (for the usable life of the trike under normal use). Feber

MJM products come with a 30-day parts warranty covering manufacturing defects, but labour and postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The warranty excludes damage from misuse, incorrect assembly, wear and tear, engine tampering, or performance modifications, and requires the buyer to provide photos or return faulty parts for inspection.

TDRMOTO products are covered by guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, entitling you to a replacement or refund for a major failure and repair or replacement for other issues that do not meet acceptable quality standards. Products must be safe, durable and fit for purpose, taking into account the type of product and price.

Y-Bike toys come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing faults from the date of purchase. Customers must notify any faults or damage within 30 days of receiving the goods to lodge a claim.

Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy
As an authorised dealer, Kids Car Sales provides full manufacturer warranties with every purchase under the Kids Car Sales Guarantee. Warranty claims follow the manufacturer’s terms for assessment, repair, replacement, or refund.
Once claim documents are verified, Kids Car Sales will cover shipping to the manufacturer for inspection. If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing fault, return freight will also be covered; otherwise, costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Rest assured, we’ll assist you throughout the process until a fair resolution is reached.

The claim for the Kids Car Sales Guarantee or the manufacturer's warranty must be lodged by the original buyer of the goods following the standard timeline for assessment and resolutions. Warranty of the goods are not transferable and a copy of the order confirmation receipt will be required.

Due to normal handling and packaging, minor scratches and minor aesthetic issues may be visible. We consider that they are minimal and should not affect the overall appearance and performance of the goods. If in any case, the aesthetic damage affects the performance of the ride-on, we suggest that you file a claim and our support team shall happily assist.

We will provide any missing parts if the goods happen to arrive with incomplete assembly parts. All you need to do is to inform us within 3 days of receipt of the goods and provide the Standard Requirements in Filing a Claim.

Inspection and assessment of the issue usually take up to two weeks. We guarantee that you will be provided with regular updates within this period and a remedy will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

Depending on factors like price and age, it may not be reasonable to expect it will last as long, or perform to the same standard as a new one. But if it still falls within the warranty period, the claim will be treated as a standard claim.
