Trybike has a warranty period of 2 years from date of purchase against any manufacturing defect. Manufacturer will repair or replace any manufacturing defects within this period free of charge.
If there is a problem with the Trybike please consult the retailer where you bought the Trybike. If the retailer cannot solve your service request right away, retailer will contact the manufacturer. Warranty is valid for the first buyer who purchased the product new from an authorized Trybike dealer. Please present a copy of the purchase receipt.
Product is not eligible for this guarantee when:
- you changed the Trybike somehow
- when the problem is the result of normal wear and tear
- when you bought the Trybike used
- when the Trybike has not been used correctly
- when stored outside
- when not maintained.
