Almost pefect products are heavily discounted as they are not considered 'as new'.

Products may have been used for demonstration purposes and have a few marks and scratches, they could have been a returned item from a customer where the product wasn't suitable or even items that were faulty from the factory or were damaged in transit.

We do our best to detail the issues discovered for each product but please be aware that we may not catch everything that could potentially be wrong with the item.
This is why we heavily reduce the price so that the product doesn't just go to waste in landfills.

Do you have a showroom to see and test the ride-on in person?

Unfortunately, we don't have a showroom with ride-on cars on display, sorry. All items are available for purchase online and are shipped directly from our warehouse or from our partner warehouses directly to our customers Australia wide. If you are within close proximity of any of our partner warehouses, we can arrange for you to pick up the goods by appointment. 

How soon will my order leave your warehouse?

We pride ourselves on giving you the best possible service. So, we work hard to get your order shipped out within 1-3 business days. As soon as your product is shipped, we send you an email with tracking details so you can login and see when your product is due to arrive.

Can I pick up my product?

Yes! Some items may be available for pick up. Contact our team at 1300 79 42 40 or hello@kidscarsales.com.au to find out if there is a warehouse near you that offers pickup. All pickups are by appointment only.
